1978 Year Group Reunion Report

On the weekend of 24th/25th June, the 1978 year group met up in and around Saffron Walden for a reunion. Twenty one returned for all or part of the weekend which included a lot of laughter and eating! Chris Smith (ex-staff) and Martin Hugall (ex-staff, Vice Chair of the Friends' School Saffron Walden Old Scholars' Committee) joined in too. Special mention must be made of Andrew Owen who lives in San Francisco, and Rona Collins (née Newbold) who has lived in Sydney for the last 35 years - luckily both were in the UK for other reasons!
